Delete Your Account, and What That Actually Removes
The exact list of what deletion removes and what it keeps, why your documents are not on either list, and the one account the site will not let you delete.

A deletion screen is the worst possible place for a website to be approximately right. So this one lists both halves: what deletion removes, and what it keeps. The second list is short and contains nothing personal, but a page that names only the removals is telling half a truth.
What deletion removes
- Your account itself, including your email address and your name.
- Every sign-in, on this device and on every other one.
- Your sign-in methods, including a stored password and any Google connection.
- Your settings: appearance, animation, recognition language.
- Every saved workflow, with the name you gave it and the settings it recorded.
- Every document you built and saved in the document builder, including its text.
What deletion keeps
Two operational records survive, and neither is personal to you. The administrator action log keeps its entries and blanks the administrator identifier, and the site-wide feature switches keep their values and blank the identifier of whoever last changed one. An ordinary account has no row in either, because only an administrator can write one. An unused password-reset token may also exist for up to an hour; it carries no address and expires by itself.
Why it asks for a password, or a recent sign-in
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so it needs proof that the person pressing the button is the person who owns the account. A password is the usual proof. An account created through Google has no password to check, so a sign-in from within the last day stands in for one. If you are told to sign in again, that is why, and signing out and back in resolves it immediately.
The one account that cannot be deleted
If yours is the only administrator account on the site, deletion is refused rather than warned about. The reason is specific: the first account created on the site's designated administrator address is promoted automatically, and that promotion only happens while no administrator exists. Emptying the role would reopen that window on a site where anyone can sign up.
The refusal is not a dead end. Grant administrator to a second account first, and the deletion is allowed. No ordinary account is ever affected by this.
