Do the Whole Job Without a Mouse
Filling, signing and exporting using only the keyboard, what works, and the two places you will need another way in.

Some people never use a pointing device. Others cannot for a week because of a wrist. Either way the question is the same: how much of this can be done from the keyboard, and where does that stop?
What the keyboard reaches
- Every control that is a button or a link. Tab moves forward, Shift and Tab move back, Enter or Space activates. Focus is visible as an outline, which is deliberate and must not be styled away.
- Detected form fields. Once a document is open and the scan has run, the fields are real focusable controls. Tab walks them in order and you type into them directly.
- Tabs, menus and dialogs. Arrow keys move within a tab strip; Escape closes a panel and returns focus to what opened it.
- Export. The download control is an ordinary button, so it is reachable like any other.
The two places you will need another way
Drawing a signature is a pointer gesture. There is no keyboard equivalent for drawing a line, and pretending otherwise would be worse than saying so. A typed name is the honest alternative, and it is still an electronic signature.
Placing something at an arbitrary spot on a page, rather than into a detected field, is a positioning task. Where the scan found a field, the keyboard is fine. Where it did not, you are choosing coordinates, and that is a pointer job.
Two habits that help

Let the scan run before you start tabbing
Fields do not exist as controls until the document has been inspected. Tabbing early walks the page furniture instead of the form.

Use the browser's own find
On a long form, finding a label with the browser's search and then tabbing from there is faster than tabbing from the top every time.
- Buttons, links, detected fields, tabs and export are all keyboard reachable.
- Drawing a signature and placing something freehand are pointer gestures.
- A typed name is a real electronic signature and needs no pointer.
- Wait for the scan before tabbing, and use browser find on long forms.
